Livermore Inventory Stats:
-125 total active – steady inventory, still fairly low
-25 NEW to market this week
-171 pending homes at the moment – average of 18 days on market
-64 homes went pending since June 1 – average days on market for those was only 6
So what does that mean…
Homes are flying off the market….especially those that are move-in ready (or well staged) and as of course…priced right. COVID may have caused a delay in our usually busy spring market….but this summer market is currently HOT!

National Forecast:
Our National Association of Realtors surveys members (like us) across the country ….to gather key on-the-ground information. That info is provided in a report called the “The Realtors Confidence Index” or RCI.
The most recent RCI included several indicators which point to the turnaround of the housing market in May. Our buyer traffic index improved in May to 50 stable conditions after dipping to 30 in April.
Realtors across the country expect higher sales and price appreciation in the next 3 months. Buyers are relying more on their agents to provide home tours, virtual tours and guidance with home-buying decisions.
