This all-star quartet of Bay Area jazz women originally came together to celebrate Marian McPartland’s 100th birthday, with a sold out show at Piedmont Piano. Their first appearance at Livermore Jazz in May 2023 got a wildly enthusiastic reception. The group returns with a different program, performing a wide range of captivating music by brilliant jazz composers, including Carla Bley, Joanne Brackeen, Sara Cassey, Tania Maria, Mary Lou Williams, and many others. Not to be missed!
