Livermore Real Estate: Market Update March 2025

We are here to say with certainty, the spring real estate market has sprung! We know that..by looking at a few key indicators. Starting with our inventory, which grew by 28% in February. In fact if you are a buyer you have 43% more inventory to choose from today than a year ago.

That’s great news for buyers. Now if you’re a seller you’ll be happy to know our median days on market dropped from 22 in January to just 8 days in February!!!

So to recap…inventory is up, days on market is down, and list to sold price is also up. This means if your home is prepped well, priced right, and expertly marketed…buyers will offer higher than list!
