Inventory increased 48% from March to April. I know we keep circling back to this but that’s because this is huge opportunity for buyers. That said, homes when priced appropriately are selling at 102% of list price. So buyers…you can score a fantastic home for a fantastic price but remember it’s still a seller’s market. You may not have to compete like previous years for a home, but sellers are not giving it away.
