Inventory continues to be low across the board in the TriValley, and here in Livermore. Homes hitting the market, don’t last long. We are also seeing a small dip in the total number of homes hitting the market each week. This usually happens in August as families prepare for school to start, and are more focused on enjoying the remaining warm days of the summer break.

Meanwhile, more densely populated areas are experiencing a rise in total inventory. In fact, San Francisco has 150% more inventory right now than it did this time last year….as more people move out of the city to more affordable areas…and to homes with more space or with more yard.
