Do you LOVE to run? Or maybe you’re like us…and trying to find that runner’s high everyone is talking about!

Sure, Nicole has been running for years as an Ironman triathlete. But she has struggled to find her LOVE for running! So, her coach Kaitlin Cofer, is kicking her training into high gear by adding a 30 day challenge into her triathlon training. Starting September 1, Nicole is going to run a 5k everyday for 30 days straight….in addition to her regular swimming, cycling, functional strength, and pilates.

The 5k Everyday Challenge is a great way to build your run base and improve your mindset around running altogether.

YOU can join the challenge! You don’t need to be an Ironman or even be training for race to want to challenge yourself in this way! You can walk, hike, jog, run, or skip your 5k everyday!!!
