It’s more than a gym, LifeStyleRX is a wellness center and welcomes anyone in the Livermore community interested in meeting their health and fitness goals.

From the variety of group exercise classes to personal training, LifeStyleRx has something for everyone. It’s also one of the only facilities in the TriValley with an outdoor lap pool and family pool, as well as an indoor therapy pool. LifeStyleRx is a Stanford Wellness Center with physical therapy on-site, and provides several free wellness programs to the entire community.
