Have you noticed that when we smile and compliment a stranger or help a friend that it lifts our spirit too?! While we have holidays that spotlight certain times of the year to be extra present, grateful, and giving to others….there is no reason we can’t spread joy in our community and beyond every day of the year. And yes, we all have challenges, good days and bad, but it doesn’t take much to change happy into crappy (for ourselves and others). The best way to infuse positivity into our everyday lives is to make it routine.
