Livermore Inspiration: #5kADAY
One of the best ways to increase wellness or kickstart new habits is by moving everyday! So we are excited that #5kADAY is back and starts July 15th!
THE GOAL: Complete one 5k everyday for 30 days in a row. You can walk, run, hike, bike, swim, scooter, row…or count your steps. Did you know that there are 6250 steps are in a 5k? You can run everyday, you can walk everyday, you can cycle everyday….OR you can mix it up by walking some days, running or hiking others, or even take a bike ride with your kids! It’s 5kADAY…your way!
WHEN DO WE START: July 15th, 2023 // And you’re invited to join us at 8am this Saturday at Brushy Peak to kick things off with a hike or trail run. We will have 2 groups (hikers and runners). We will meet in the parking lot and start at 8am.
We want you to be successful so we will help you STAY CONSISTENT: Download our #5kADAY 2023 accountability calendar. Plan out your weekly 5Ks (walk, hike, bike, run, swim, steps, etc) by writing them on each day. Plan one week at a time.
